Pre-registration is required for all vendors. Vendors donating door prizes worth $50 or more will be waived of registration and camping costs. Vendors not donating a door prize will have no additional fees besides those charged for attending ($10 admission - $10/night camping or $25 for 3+ nights).
vendor booths
Tables will be made available to our vendors in an 80' by 40' covered and heated tent. Vendors are free to use these tables or set up their own vending location on the field. If you need any assistance, one of our volunteers will be glad to help out.
door prizes
Though door prizes aren't required from our vendors, if you wish to donate a door prize, please let us know in advance so we can list it and your company on our website along with a link to your site. Door prize donations of $50 or more will also waive all registration and camping costs.
