RV hookups (optional)
$65 per RV. $10 per person registration fee will still be required. So, one RV with one person will be $75. One RV with two people will be $85, etc. Water and power will be provided. Sanitation on Friday, April 4th.
motel rooms (optional)
We have reserved 19 rooms just a few hundreds from our observing fields (which are all the rooms they have) at Budget Inn of Whittier, NC. Budget Inn has agreed to do a lights out for us, meaning they will not operate any outdoor lighting during this time and their building is blocked by trees and is about 100 feet downhill (so indoor lighting won't affect us). If you wish to book through our site, you may do so at a special rate of $45 per weekday night and $55 per weekend night. If registering online, you will be able to see if rooms are available at each location before you reserve.
tickets
Simply show up if you are pre-registered! Just bring your ID or your paypal/credit card receipt and we will have you on file for your admission, camping, and RV passes. In addition, if you decide to book a room, we will also have your key available with your passes.
refunds & cancellations
We will not be able refund camping or admission fees! However, if you book a hotel room through the site, you will receive a refund as long as your reservation is cancelled before March 23rd, 2008.
electricity
Electricity is available for everyone to use on telescope equipment/laptops. RVs will also have electrical hookups.
