All pre-registrants are required to submit certain information including name, address, and email address. This data will not be shared with any third parties nor will it be used to send unsolicited emails. We may, however, send reminders to pre-registrants during the month preceding SMSG. The data collected is for the sole use of the organizers of SMSG.
Anyone who does not pre-register, but decides to simply pay at the gate may also be asked for contact information. This information is only to be provided at the discretion of the attendee and is not required.

The owners of this site will never email pre-registrants and ask for personal information. Any such email which may appear to originate from this site should not be trusted and it should be forwarded to us with header information immediately so proper action can be taken. Cloaking email addresses is a common trick used by spammers, allowing them to spam individuals and making the individuals who are being spammed think it came from a false mail server.
door prizes
Attendees who win door prizes may be required to provide contact information by door prize donors. If a door prize donor requires this information and you do not wish to provide it, your winning entry may become invalid.
